Try Again

After a long absence I'm ready to try again.

Now I'm a Waldorf Mom who is increasingly inspired my a community of bloggers dedicated to creating a soft natural world in which our children can thrive.

For Valentine's Day my now 4 year old son and I baked cookies. Heart shaped of course. I combined a whole wheat sugar cookie recipe with a more traditional white flour recipe and added yummy cinnamon. We topped them with natural India Tree sprinkles. Lots of pinks and a bit of orange, but our favorite addition was the white snowflake sprinkles. With all the snow we still have on the ground we thought it was more than appropriate to celebrate our white Valentine's Day. Holden's classmates were particularly enamored of this addition.
